I started working at Chestnut Nursery Schools in 2013 shortly after it had opened. I have been able to see the nursery grow and be a part of the journey here. After working for 1 year I became Baby room leader. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in baby room helping give the babies the best start at nursery. I then moved into the toddler room and became room leader there, then took on the role as Manager. As Manager, I enjoy working closely alongside all the families and staff.

After always having a passion for working with children, I began my Primary Education BA Hons (QTS) degree and graduated from University with Qualified Teacher Status in 2016. I joined the Chestnut Team at Chesterton in December 2021 as the leader of the baby room and became deputy manager in February 2022. I am extremely passionate about working with children and hope that by using my prior knowledge and experience with children of all ages, I can become an influential and inspiring deputy manager/room leader. I hope to ensure that all children who attend our Chestnut nursery reach their full potential and thrive in a happy and positive environment.
